Frank Snell, C.P.O., F.A.A.O.P.

As President of Little Rock-based Snell Orthotic and Prosthetic Laboratory and one of the first seven practitioners to meet the rigorous requirements to earn recognition as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics, Snell represents the third generation of his family to practice as an O&P specialist. He continues his active involvement in hands-on patient contact, and brings this daily experience to bear in the company's relationship with both the medical community and the managed care community. A lecturer in high demand, Snell also provides in-service training in the Arkansas medical community.


W. Clint Snell, C.P.O.

As president of Louisiana's Snell Orthotics-Prosthetics, Clint Snell is also a third generation practitioner who maintains ongoing patient care in addition to managing and setting policy for his business. Snell's 34 years of O&P experience include study at Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center and UCLA, with a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University at Shreveport. Snell is widely recognized for his expertise and his commitment to orthotic and prosthetic education; in addition to providing in-service training and lectures on patient management to the Louisiana medical community, he has also conducted classes at colleges and medical schools in Louisiana and Tennessee.


Ted Snell, C.P.

As President of CFI Prosthetics-Orthotics of Memphis, Snell represents the fourth generation of prosthetic/orthotic specialists. With more than 20 years' experience in hands-on patient care, Snell is a leader in exploring and adapting new and creative applications of O&P technology and componentry. He is a frequent and popular lecturer on sensitive and effective management of prosthetic patients, and on new developments in the prosthetic field. He is active in many professional organizations, and has served as a board member of the AOPA Marketing and Membership Committee and a past board member of the Regional Medicare Reimbursement Committee.


Catherine Griffith Pruitt

As President and CEO of PrimeCare Orthotics & Prosthetics, Griffith draws upon the skills and experience gained from 20 years in marketing and advertising. As the president of her own Memphis-based company, Strategic Marketing, Inc., Griffith has served as marketing consultant to a number of regional orthotic and prosthetic providers nationwide, as well as to international manufacturers of O&P products, and a variety of other medical and healthcare professional groups and individuals.


Terry Shaw, C.P., B.O.C.O.P., F.A.A.O.P.

Terry Lee Shaw attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana and graduated from Brescia College in 1987. He completed the prosthetic certification program through Northwestern University in 1990, and received his Prosthetic certification from the ABC in 1992. He earned cross-certification in prosthetics and orthotics from the BOC in 1998, after opening his own firm--Shaw's Prosthetics Plus, Inc.--in Owensboro, Kentucky, in 1996.

He was the first practitioner in Kentucky to earn his fellowship from the Academy and receive the title FAAOP. He became a board member of the Kentucky Orthotic Prosthetic Association in 1998 and has served as board president. He is a member of AOPA, AAOP, IAOP, BOC, ACA, and the Davies County Diabetic Coalition.



Bruce P. (Mac) McClellan, C.P.O.

McClellan is President of Prosthetic-Orthotic Associates of East Texas, Inc., in Tyler and Longview, Texas, and of Prosthetic-Orthotic Associates of North Texas, Inc., in Lewisville, Texas. A graduate of California State University, McClellan also completed prosthetic programs at Northwestern University and earned an Associate Degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics from Cerritos College.

He has previously served as director of the O&P Department at the Dallas Rehabilitation Institute, and as Director and Assistant Professor for the Prosthetics-Orthotics Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas.
He is a Fellow of the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics, a former Vice Chairman and Executive Board member of the U.S. Society of ISPO, a former Chairman of the U.S. Society of ISPO’s Education Program Committee, and a past president of the Texas Chapter of AAOP.


John Reynolds, C.P.O.

Reynolds Prosthetics & Orthotics - Reynolds is a 1982 graduate of Clayton State, and holds certificates in orthotics and prosthetics from Northwestern University. He has previously served on the ABC Board of Directors, and as ABC President in 2001. He is currently serving on the AOPA Board of Directors and is also a member of the ABC CPM examination team. In addition, he operates two full-time patient care facilities in Maryville and Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Daniel G. Oglesby, Jr., C.P.O.

Daniel G. Oglesby, Jr., CPO, President, Alabama Center for Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc., dba Birmingham Limb and Brace, is a second-generation orthotist who received his B.A. from Jacksonville State University, and subsequent prosthetic and orthotic training at Shelby State Community College in Memphis, TN. He is a past president of the Louisiana Orthotics & Prosthetics Association, and a former board member of the Cerebral Palsy Association of New Orleans. He has served as an examiner for the American Board for Certification in both prosthetics and orthotics, and has also served on various AOPA committees, and chaired their insurance committee.

He was a contributing author to “The Atlas of Limb Prosthetics & Surgical and Prosthetics Principles” (Second Edition, 1992).


Tom DiBello, C.O., F.A.A.O.P.

Thomas Vincent DiBello (Tom) is a licensed and board certified orthotist.  He is currently in private practice at Dynamic Orthotics and Prosthetics, LLC in Houston, Texas where he is the owner and chief executive officer.

Mr. DiBello holds a Bachelors of Pharmacy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and certified in Orthotics and Prosthetics form Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.  He completed his residency training in Orthotics at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and has been Board Certified in Orthotics since 1984. In 2001, Mr. DiBello was named a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Mr. DiBello has lectured extensively throughout the United States and around the world on the Principles of Lower Limb Orthotic Management.  He currently lectures on this topic at the Masters programs in Physical Therapy at the Texas Woman's University and the University of Texas Galveston Medical Branch, as well as the Baylor/UT University Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Medical Residency program.

Additionally, Mr. DiBello has authored chapters on this subject on two text books.

Mr. DiBello has served on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists for six years, its Executive Committee for four years and as its President from 2000 to 2001.  Mr. DiBello was appointed to the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association's Coding and Billing Committee in the Fall of 2004.  



R. Michael Russell, C.P.O., F.A.A.O.P.

R. Michael Russell, CPO, FAAOP is a practicing Prosthetist and Orthotist with 33 years experience fitting and helping patients return to independent and productive lives.  A graduate of UCLA's Prosthetic and Orthotic Program, Mr. Russell, was certified by the American Board of Orthotics and Prosthetics (ABC) in 1974.  Mr. Russell has dedicated his life to assisting his patients maximize their potential through the profession of Prosthetics and Orthotics.

He is a past President of ABC, Past President of the Ohio Association of Prosthetics and Orthotics.  He is currently serving as Commissioner for the National Commission for Orthotic and Prosthetic Education and serves as an examiner fro the national ABC Certification Examination.  Mr. Russell was inducted as a Fellow to the American Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics in 2001.  He started Lexington Prosthetics & Orthotics in April of 2002.
